Limitations and additional costs
Advanced AI answers, CRM or booking integrations, complex workflows, third-party subscriptions, ongoing chatbot maintenance, and unlimited changes are not included unless expressly agreed. We will confirm platform capabilities, account requirements, extra work, paid tools, recurring fees, account ownership, and renewals before proceeding with any additional paid service.
What we need from you
Email your business name and services, contact details, common customer questions and answers, preferred chatbot tone, website text and images if available, and desired launch date or approximate deadline to support@missjtech.site. You must have permission to use materials you provide.
Timeline, payment, and delivery
We will confirm feasibility, project scope, additional costs, and an estimated schedule before work begins. A requested deadline is not automatically guaranteed. Full payment is due at checkout; payment confirms the order but not completion. If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact us promptly to discuss the request. Once customized work has started, payments are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that may apply under Canadian law.
Domain, hosting, chatbot platform, business email, integrations, and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated in the agreed scope. After the agreed website, chatbot flow, testing, and included revision are complete, we will provide the finished work and agreed handover details.
